Where is my order?

Chances are it has already shipped! Please allow 10-14 days for delivery in the US and 3-4 weeks internationally, and a little extra time during sales and the holidays. It could get there sooner so just keep your eyes glued to the post box.

Sometimes things do get lost in the post or are shipped to an old address via Paypal. If it's been longer than 3 weeks please email: shop@livetheadventure.club

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, shipping will be a little more and the wait time is usually around three weeks. Some countries charge customs fees, in which case the receiver of cotton (you) will be responsible.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase?

Nope, card payments are certainly welcome too!

When will my order arrive?

Please expect 7-14 days for delivery in the USA and around 3-4 weeks for international orders. Please also allow a few extra days during holidays and sales :)

Can I exchange or return items, including clothing?

Yes! Clothing can only be returned if it hasn't been worn or washed and you will have to pay for return shipping.
